Easy:
Sesame seed: 2 cup
Honey: 1 ½ cup
Sugar: 1 ½ cup
Ground Ginger: ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
- Line a 28 x 18 cm shallow tin with grease proof and brush lightly with oil. Place sesame seed in a fry- pan, and stir over low heat until lightly toasted, cool.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in another pan. Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves and the mixture boil. Boil for two minutes without stirring.
- Fold in sesame seeds and pour at once into the prepared tin, spreading evenly. Cool 15 to 20 minutes
- Remove crunch from the tin with paper attached. With a sharp knife, cut into small fingers or squares. Cool completely, then peel off the paper. Wrap piece individually.
