It can be difficult to find a suitable board or plate of children’s
birthday cakes. However, there are all sorts of equipment that can do the job.
Generally, a board has to be fairly large to accommodate the size of the
cake together with surrounding decorations. The board is usually covered to
enhance the appearance of the cake. Protect the board or prevent the oil or fat
from oozing through from the frostings and cakes.
A suitable board includes:
