Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Hundred and thousand or coconut
- Heat water, sugar, and vinegar in a pan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Brush any sugar crustal down the sides of the pan with a wet pastry brush.
- Bring the boil. Cook without stirring until the mixture turn golden or reach 132 °C.
- Pour into the paper case and allow to set. Decorate as desired.
