Making
- Line an 18 x 28 cm shallow tin with foil or baking paper and grease lightly. Place marshmallows and butter in a small pan. Stir over low heat until melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in essence. Place rice crispiest and a hundred and a thousand in a large bowl. Pour in a marshmallow mixture and mix well.
- Pour into the prepared tin and spread out evenly with a spatula. Cool and cut into a square.
Note:
If you make Speckled Bubble Bar with brown sugar.
First you will make brown sugar Syrup.
