This
rich frosting is suitable to use as a filling as well as a cake covering. It is
always best to use unsalted butter, which gives a sweeter, creamier frosting.
Softened
butter: 125 g
Vanilla
essences: 1 teaspoon
Icing
sugar: 1 ½ cup
Cream: 2 tablespoon
Making:
1. Beat butter until pale and creamy. Add vanilla essences and half
the icing sugar and beat until combined. Gradually add milk and remaining
sugar, beating until smooth.
